Reminder for all incoming 7th grade students: Sign up forms for the Middle School Transition Camp were sent home with students on Tuesday, May 30th. Students can hand in their form by June 2nd, OR bring it with them on June 5th for their Step-Up Day. We apologize for the confusion and hope this provides clarity. Please email Helen Alexander at halexander@svuvt.org or Andrew Levesque at alevesque@svuvt.org with any questions.

Students in Ms. Nadler's Library classes have been hard at work, collaborating with friends and exercising their imagination to create items using only recyclable items. Come to Fair Haven Grade School's Celebration of Learning to find out what this fun project was all about!

We want to thank our students, staff and school resource office for supporting a successful relocation drill on Thursday. Our students were incredibly quiet and attentive enabling adults to provide any and all direction needed.

Reminder: The last student day for all Slate Valley Schools is Tuesday, June 20th with an early dismissal.

FHUHS varsity boys soccer coaches, Tim Dayton and Dave Carrabino, will hold a summer soccer program beginning Monday, June 19. Training will be held 6:00-8:00 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (except July 3) on the soccer training field at the high school.
High school aged players will play 4-8 scrimmages against teams from other schools. Middle school aged players will play 2-4 scrimmages. The program is free of charge, apart from a fee to cover the cost of referees, and is open to boys entering 7th grade in the fall and older.
Coaches Dayton and Carrabino are dedicated to helping build fitness, develop the skills, and acquire the understanding of the game necessary to be a soccer player. Even if you have little or no experience, come on out. They're there to teach.

Thank you to Mrs. Hutchins, our students and the Fair Haven Legion's Color Guard for a lovely Memorial Day Assembly.
We remind our students that Memorial Day is different than Veterans Day. On Veterans Day, we honor all who have served. Memorial Day is more solemn and a time to pay tribute to those that have lost their lives in service to this country. 🇺🇸

Dear FHGS Families,
In the fall, we conducted a relocation drill as practice during a school day. We will be doing so again later this week. We will share again once the drill is complete. Thank you for your support with this work so we can have our students prepared if ever a situation arises that warrants relocating from our building.
Thank you,
